Musashi's Smoked Tomato Oil

Developed in collaboration with Chef Musashi this limited seasonal oil captures the flavor of peak summer tomatoes lightly charred on the grill, layered with basil, garlic, and a gentle kiss of smoke, all steeped low and slow in our clean, buttery algae oil.

Drizzle over caprese, pan con tomate, pizza, pasta, whipped ricotta, grilled vegetables, or white beans. Or take it further: smoked tomato aioli for BLTs, a savory chimichurri for grilled meats, or a few drops in a zero-proof Bloody Mary.
